ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The resources LIFEPLAT provides are subject to the following Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). LIFEPLAT provides a collection of online resources (referred to hereafter as "the Service"). The most current version of the TOS can always be found at http://www.lifeplat.com/policy/tos.php. By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the entire content of this TOS. The right to use the Service on lifeplat.com (Website) is strictly personal, and is not transferable to others. You are responsible for all content and use of your User Account (under any screen name or password) and for ensuring that all use of your account complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOS, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with LIFEPLAT in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of LIFEPLAT.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only. Additionally, you will not:

• Collect personal information about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• Spam posting the same items in multiple categories or areas;
• Delay or fail to deliver payments for services you listed as agreed upon amongst the involving parties;
• Fail to deliver the agreed upon services you undertook in a timely manner;
• Use automated means, or computer programs including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, on any part of the Website for any reason;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access or otherwise "hack" into the Website, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of the Website.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

If any of the services requires a LIFEPLAT account, you must complete the registration process by providing LIFEPLAT with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will also need to choose a password and a user name. You as a user are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password. Furthermore, you are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LIFEPLAT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. LIFEPLAT will not be liable for any loss that may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by LIFEPLAT or another party due to someone else using your account or password. MONITORING

LIFEPLAT shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of this Website, including postings, feedback, messages and forums, to determine compliance with the TOS and any operating rules established by LIFEPLAT and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. LIFEPLAT shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on its sites. Without limiting the foregoing, LIFEPLAT shall have the right to remove any material that LIFEPLAT, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold LIFEPLAT and its affiliates, officers, employees, service providers and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys and other associate fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your breach or violation of any rights of another.

LIFEPLAT is a registered mark in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The names LIFEPLAT, lifeplat.com, LIFEPLAT logos and products mentioned herein are part of that trademark. Without LIFEPLAT's prior written permission, you agree not to display or use, in any manner, LIFEPLAT's marks. All other trademarks appearing on LIFEPLAT are the property of their respective owners.

VIOLATION OF TERMS

If you see any violation of the TOS, please report it directly via each listing or you can contact us from our contact page found at http://www.lifeplat.com/misc/contact_us.php. Violations of the TOS may result in a range of actions including:

• Listing cancellation
• User Score deduction
• Limits on account privileges
• Account suspension
• Ban on Account
